Waukesha Rotary BluesFest also includes an Art Show featuring some of the area's finest artists with artwork available for sale at the festival.
WAUKESHA ROTARY BLUESFEST ART SHOW
The Waukesha Rotary BluesFest will feature an Art Show with artists offering a broad variety of affordable art, including photography, painting, pottery, fused glass, jewelry, and more. Many of the artists are from Almont Gallery and other galleries located in downtown Waukesha.
The 2023 artists include: David Goecke – metal work, Karen Vanderlinden – upcycled art to wear, Bonnie DeArteaga – print maker, Kelly Frost – photography, Lynn Gaffey – fused glass and jewelry, John Curley – watercolor, Emily Curley – digital art, Annie Cannistra – multi-media, Bob Easey – photography, Anna Grosch – photography, Cassandra Pockat – mixed media, Lakota Sunshine – mixed media, Rose Lange – mixed media, Samantha Konop – mixed media.
The Waukesha Rotary BluesFest Art Show is juried - meaning that the artists are selected by a panel for the quality of their pieces. The seasoned artists will be present to talk about their work, and they all will be located in a tent on the festival grounds. Many of the art pieces will also be available for sale.
