Waukesha Rotary BluesFest also includes an opportunity for artists crafters and commercial vendors to participate in the festival. This includes artists in a variety of media, crafters and other vendors promoting or selling their products or services.
WAUKESHA ROTARY BLUESFEST
ARTISTS, CRAFTERS AND COMMERCIAL VENDORS
New for 2024 , Waukesha Rotary BluesFest is accepting applications for consideration from artists, crafters and commercial vendors interested in participating at the festival for product sales, business solicitations and/or distribution of promotional materials as approved by Waukesha Rotary Club for Waukesha Rotary BluesFest.
The flat fee for a 10” x 10’ space for Friday, August 9 and Saturday, August 10, 2024 is $200. The hours of operation for artists, crafters and commercial vendors at Waukesha Rotary BluesFest are 12:30pm to 8:30pm each day. The vendor provides their own 10’ x 10’ pop-up tent (preferably white in color) and any other equipment necessary for their operation. Any electrical needs must be supplied by the vendor through use of a small quiet generator. All sales, business solicitations and distribution of promotional materials must take place only at the vendor’s designated booth area.
If you are interested in being considered, please send an email to info@waukeshabluesfest.com and include your name, company name, address, phone and email contact information along with details of what you are proposing for sales and/or commercial promotion at Waukesha Rotary BluesFest. Please also include a link to your website or social media site describing your business and products or services. The Waukesha Rotary Club will review your request and reply with a response within 30 days. The Waukesha Rotary Club reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
