Waukesha BluesFest is a celebration of the “Roots” of American Music
which includes blues, rock and roll, country, gospel, soul, jazz, folk
and so much more! Our mission is to present a widely diverse line up of
musical styles that will thrill and entertain any lover of good music
and the history behind the music.
Since the debut of the festival we have been proud to present some great
national acts including Nikki Hill, The Steepwater Band, Harper, The
James Hunter Six, Moreland & Arbuckle, Booker T. and The MG’s, Mavis Staples, Shemekia
Copeland, The Holmes Brothers, Ollabelle, Eddie Shaw, Smokin’ Joe Kubek
Band featuring Bnois King, Patrick Sweany, Doyle Bramhall, Popa Chubby,
The Bel Airs, Bryan Lee, Tarbox Ramblers, Sonny Landreth, Gina Sicilia,
Greg Koch, Big James Montgomery, Tommy Castro Band, Chris Duarte Group,
Duke Tumatoe & The Power Trio, Samuel James, Shane Dwight, John

“Festival Art Poster” design contest for this year’s festival.
